A PRESIDENT WITH A DIFFERENT APPROACH  * Maada Bio; A Drug Lord or A Democratically Elected President?*  I have seen leaders,  democratically elected and those that usurped power through the barrel of the gun. But what we have never seen in past leaders, elected or not, is to hear extraordinary lies from them as we are witnessing in the Bio administration. We saw Juxon Smith, who was a complete gentleman and we saw Valentine Strasser who was a cool headed but Laissez-Faire leader, which is why he was betrayed by Maada Bio. We also saw Johnny Paul and his unpopular coup but he was another gentleman.  The fact is that leaders are elected through democratic means because democracy provides for responsive, accountable and pragmatic leadership. If one cannot be held accountable for what they say or do in office, that system of governance is worthless and hopeless. WHAT A MAN?   THE ABOLITION OF THE DEATH PENALTY IN OUR LAWS WITHOUT A REFERENDUM IS JUST A KERFUFFLE BY SYLVANUS FORNAH KOROMA (WHAT A MAN!) The Abolition of the Death Penalty Act, 2021, would not stand the test of time if the Government of President Bio ignores the constitutional provisions as described in the Constitution; in other words, any attempt to do otherwise (i.e. not complying with the provisions as stated in the Constitution) in terms of enacting a new constitution or altering any of the entrenched provisions in the constitution would amount to a “kerfuffle” (i.e. just a mere unnecessary excitement). This is so because the legality of the said law without referendum will not go uncontested in our supreme court for its interpretation of the law as per case stated, and or, it will be taken to the Supreme Court at th
