THIS IS UNFAIR    AND UNREASONABLE!  CATEGORY 5, AN INCREASE   FROM NLe183 to NLe700, an increase of 382.5%.  CATEGORY 6, AN INCREASE FROM NLe100 TO NEW 250    i.e. 150%. These are the categories that will mostly    impact cost of living and increase economic suffering on the people.    The Ministers of Transport, Works, Finance and Trade must conjointly review these increases as these are UNFAIR AND UNREASONABLE AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL TAXES.
