When I read the above words in the Sierra Leone Issues forum, my first expression was - Oh No! not another Big SLPP Fish!

ofIt is indeed sad  and dissapointing for people  TRUST to be exposed in prety embarrasing situations. When I was growing up, as a  child, whenever one hears the song  - "Tiffy,Tiffy Jankoliko", one immediately knows that a THIEF has been caught or is being digraced publicly... with much clapping, laughing and in many cases beating, slapping, kicking and all. For someone to be branded a THIEF is one of the most degrading accusions recognised the world over and the LAW frawns upon this failure of human behaviour. In England, the Theft Act 1968, provides for up to 5 years imprisonment for theft defind in Section 3 of that Act. We in Sierra Leone still continue to use the Larceny Act 1916, (virtually a cabon copy of the of the Old English Larceny Act of 1896, twicked a bit to incorporate 'Sierra Leons' in its construction) which has problems with the definition of 'property' - a word which has technical meaning in law and through it's technicality, many thieves get away without punishment. In England, to rid of this problem, the 1978 Theft Act came into force and the act of 'BILKING"- "going away without payment''- avoids the problem of lawyers fighting over the word 'property': so if one goes to a petrol station, or eats food at a Restaurant without paying and runs/walks away- he/she comits the Theft of 'BILKING'- going away without payment; a strict liability offence. 

For people,- especially top officials or the ordinary poor, non-'schwehn schwehn' persons to arrange for LIGHT(electricity supply) to be stolen by 'DIRECT CURRENT' i.e. FIXING the wires or, tampering with metres, in such a way as to BY-PASS the installed electric metre, which effectively allows non-recording of the actual electrical consumtion and by so doing EVADES payment of the true electricity bill to the Auhorities. THIS IS BLATANT THEFT! For this to be done by a Senior Political figure in the person of the Former Running Mate and possible Vice President - should the SLPP have won the 2012 elections,- is nothing but DISGRACEFUL!
Having said that, a man in a country of Law and Order, is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY; and as the case against Dr Kadi Sesay is about to go to Court, the benefit of the court process should be given to her - perhaps she may have some explanation as to why DIRECT CURRENT supply of electricity has been operatiing in her house for overt Two years now.

She told Sierra Leoneans that she will bring changes to the country and end corruption in Salone. But as she was saying this SLPP Vice Presidential aspirant Dr. Kadi Sesay stole electricity from NPA using her under paid house servant who does not even have a trade center certificate. PFM correspondent caught this and wondered whether this was really the Doctor's mission man in action. She stole electricity from NPA for two years. Does this not automatically disqualifies her when she is prosecuted by NPA?

WHO THEN CAN WE BELIEVE IN SALONE TODAY THAT TELLS US THE TRUTH. REALLY LETS KEEP GOING WITH EBK's way for now.
