HOW CORRUPT IS THE ANTI- CORRUPTION COMMISSION AND ITS HEAD FRINCIS BEN KAIFALA?

Jalloh December 7, 2025 TWO days ago, Francis Kaifala, the head of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) in the regime of the illegitimate president of Sierra Leone, Julius Bio, who has been credibly accused of aiding and abetting Julius Bio’s and his wife, Fatima Bio’s massive theft of Sierra Leone’s resources since 2018, gleefully went on Facebook to brazenly provoke the trio’s victims - the long-suffering people of Sierra Leone. Those who are familiar with history would readily recognize in Kaifala’s gratuitous perverse posturing a manifestation of a well-known proverb that was coined more than 2,500 years ago, viz. “Those whom the gods would destroy, they first make mad.” In accordance with the strict standards of our serious Sierra Leone Discussions forum, I will now adduce the evidence of Kaifala’s words and actions two days ago to show that they fit perfectly with the phenomenon described in the above well-known parable: First, for the benefit of those who are not familiar with Francis Kaifala’s 7-years-long record of multifarious malfeasance in Sierra Leone since 2018, let us go to the versatile archives of our pioneering Sierra Leone Discussions forum for a recap of Kaifala’s unpatriotic activities in aid of Julius and Fatima Bio’s rampage and pillage in Sierra Leone since 2018. The following excerpt is from The Sierra Leone Telegraph dated October 27, 2025: “It is deeply disturbing to witness young, educated, and well-trained men like Chief Minister David Sengeh and Minister of Information Chernor Bah rise to defend the current establishment in the face of glaring national decay. Sierra Leone today grapples with a drug crisis of epidemic proportions, a failing healthcare system that lacks even basic equipment like BP machines, and a dysfunctional education system where teachers struggle without adequate pay or teaching materials – no school furniture, nor the promised bags and uniforms. Equally disappointing is to hear a former Renaissance Movement civil rights advocate like Francis Ben Kaifala, now head of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), justify corruption itself. A striking example is the case of the former Clerk of Parliament, Umar Paran Tarawalie, accused of unlawfully employing his wife, who allegedly collected salaries and benefits for two years without working. Predictably, however, Francis Kaifala had far more important things to talk about - such as how many degrees he has, how many times he has travelled to America and returned to SL, unlike the Sierra Leoneans who had overstayed their visas as they desperately tried to escape the misery that Kaifala and Bio had wickedly and selfishly created for them in Sierra Leone! Here now, in closing, is the requisite evidence - in his own words - of Francis Kaifala’s gratuitous insult of the people of Sierra Leone whose needless impoverishment he had enabled in cahoots with other members of his boss, Julius Bio’s unpatriotic cabal of unrepentant thieves: “America is an amazing country and someone like me has benefitted from its amazing PROMISE - twice I came here as a student. First as a Fulbright Scholar on full [sic]scholarship from the US government to pursue the LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law and Human Rights at UT Austin. Second [sic] as a Scholar at Harvard University on Scholarship [sic] through the generosity of the Harvard Community and [sic] studied the [sic] LLM with Concentration [sic] in Public international Law and Global Governance.. Each time I completed and returned within a week of graduation. Yes. Some have come to US [sic] and overstayed their visas. But some of us have come into the US a dozen times for tourism, study, or business and returned.
